여행기/경험 작년 3달 간 미국 여행했던 내용 몇 가지 나눔

게시판 글들을 보다가 대륙횡단 하신 분이 내용 공유하신 것을 보고 참고하여 제 스토리도 공유하고자 합니다.

작년에 7월 2주간 미 동남부 여행을 시작으로 1박 2일 나이아가라 폭포 여행, 그리고 74일간 대륙횡단 및, 국립공원 투어한 내용을 토대로 해서 몇 가지 내용 적습니다.

나이아가라 폭포 여행을 제외하고는 모두 혼자 여행을 하였고(혼자 여행하는 도중에 인연이 닿아서 동행을 했던 적이 2일 정도 있긴 하지만) 자동차로 뉴욕을 시작으로 해서 서쪽을 가로지른 뒤에 시애틀에서 다시 LA까지 쭉 내려갔고 LA에서 New Orleans까지 동쪽으로 가로 지른 후에 다시 북상하여 D.C.를 거쳐 뉴욕으로 돌아왔습니다.

기간:  1) 동남부 여행 - 7월 11일~7월 25일

          2) 나이아가라 - 8월 2일~8월 3일

          3) 대륙횡당 - 8월 8일~10월 20일

총 운전양  : 21,899 miles (나이아가라 폭포행은 제외)
지나간 주 수 : 39*
국립공원 방문수 : 43**
그 외 NPS 소속 공원 방문 : 22***

-282: 여행 중 가장 고도가 낮았던 지역으로 단위는 피트이고 미터로는 85.5 (Death Valley)
